Barre Pilates fuses the elements of Barre with a functional approach to Mat Pilates. An overall blend of Ballet, Yoga, Pilates & Strength training, expect a low-impact, muscular endurance focused workout. Come break a sweat, enjoy a positive community & leave feeling stronger and more centered.

For this class, please BYO Mat! Grip socks are encouraged, but not mandatory. Ensure you bring water and are wearing clothes you can move in.
